Laurie Buell, owner of Wholesale Design has been in business since 1992. Before turning her attention to window
fashion couture, she worked as a manufacturers’ representative bringing the interior design industry innovative
products. Her love for premier vendors remains to this day. She attends textile expos, furniture - accessory markets,
and window fashion conferences, hunting down the newest drapery hardware suppliers, trims,embellishments, and
fabric manufacturers. She consistently attends educational conferences to be in tune with the newest color
forecasts, window fashion designs and
European trends so as to assist her clients with cutting edge exclusives that they in turn can show to their clients.
Her projects express her passion and love for that “perfect couture window fashion” to compliment the client’s
vision of the room involved.
Her focus is not only on the creative process but the cost effectiveness of the work and timely installation of the project.
Credentials:
Window Specialist in the Window Fashion Certification Program (WFCP)
This is obtained by CEU classes and testing
